If you have not generated a blueprint with your access key, email us within 7 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No questions asked.
Once a blueprint is generated, the work has been delivered, and the sale is final. If something went wrong on our side (the tool failed, or your blueprint came back incomplete or broken), email us and we will fix it or refund you.
Email support@mvpitchblueprint.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your access key or receipt. Refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
